Lasts and firsts

Last finish of 2013 was the top bracelet - jet swarovski bicones, gold seed beads, and a gold toggle clasp.
First finishes of 2014 are the next 3 bracelets - 2nd one is peridot, amethyst, garnet, sapphire, and topaz swarovskis with gold seeds and toggle, next is crystal AB swarovskis and gold seed beads and toggle, and the last one is garnet swarovskis with gold seed beads and toggle.
First start of 2014 is Life's a Stitch done on unknown evenweave with Dinky Dyes silks.

I'm doing an SAL of Christmas Garden by BBD.  Stitching on New Castle (40 ct) linen with HDF silks, 1 over 2.  Loving this piece and I'm not normally a fan of BBD!

Kitty sleeping bag,LOL!
 What it's doing outside......
This picture was taken this morning around 10 or 11.  Now it is after midnight and it's still snowing!  We have over 12" on the ground and now the wind and bitter cold is moving in.  Yikes!  Temps later today are supposed to be around -17F with wind chills in the -40's!  I hope everyone in the storm is safe and warm!  I'm staying in and stitching and beading!!

Love making those bracelets also....great stitching. Kitty has the right idea with all that snow. Stay warm and keep stitching.

Wonderful, beautiful projects!
We have the same awful weather going on up here in Wisconsin.

The bracelets are very pretty. I stitched the Christmas Garden and put a regular alphabet at the bottom. I love it and it stays up all year.

Great projects. It's very very cold. Hubby had a snow day from work today cause of all that gorgeous white stuff outside. Glad you staying warm.
