Finishes, progress, and stash

Hello everyone!  I hope you all had a great holiday season!

First, my 2 crochet finishes
A baby blanket, trimmed in dark blue.  Sorry about the pics.
A shawl in dark blue with a variegated blue thrown in.
My progress on my new year start, It's Cold Outside by Blue Ribbon Designs.  This is a fun piece!

My stash from Michael's

Caron Cakes in Blueberry Shortcake (bottom left), Red Heart in dark blue (2), Caron Cakes in Cherry Chip and Bumbleberry.  The last looks gray, but is really pretty purples.

See you soon!

Those Caron Cakes are so pretty but I passed them up due to the price. I would buy for a pre-planned project but not stash. That's what happens to your crafting budget when you retire. That's also why I call my fabric stash my "Retirement Fund". I have a pretty large yarn stash as well.
xx, Carol

Hello Terri!

Thank you for your sweet comment on my blog. I tried to 'get into' your blog again (former times I just couldn't get through, maybe because I have a better laptop now?) and it worked! Hurray!
Love your crochetwork and am glad to be able to see something about your life now :)

Bye, Carolien

Beautiful projects! I love Caron Cakes. So far I only tried two colors - cherry chip and faerie cake. I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll make with yours!
