Queen of the Needle

I had SO MUCH FUN stitching and assembling these1

The octagon box is Still Queen of The Needle by Just Nan and the mouse is Queen of the Needle.  I love the way they turned out!

Working on Renaissance Rose by Joan Elliott.

This one is fun to work on too!

Bought an Ott Lite floor stand light.  Got it on sale for $82!  Normally, they are between $150 and $200.  Forgot to get a picture though.

Stay safe everyone and keep stitching!

Another finish

I made up 2 jars, one with WIPs and UFOs and the other for kits.  As I finish a project, I will draw one from the WIP jar.  I drew this one a few days ago.

And finished it up last night.

Sorry about the wrinkles.  It was a fun stitch.

Ornaments and stash

Hello everyone!  I hope all are well and staying warm.  It is 16F here, but the sun is shining at the moment.  We are under a winter storm warning from this evening until Tuesday morning, 4 to 7 inches of snow and bitter cold.  Too bad I have to work!

I finally finished my finished ornaments. Click to enlarge.

It was fun!  I have some new stash, too!  Went to my LNS a couple Saturdays ago.
Gingerbread candy mouse, 2 cuts of 32 ct. Amber linen

Bee needle roll by Stitchyshelly.com, winter mouse scissor roll by Just Nan, and some silk ribbon.  I also bought a Mill Hill ornament kit called Reindeer Games, not pictured.

I got my second vaccine on the 4th with no problems!  So by now, I am fully protected, but will still wash hands frequently, wear a mask, and social distance.

Take care!  See ya!~~

First finish

I usually start a bigger, challenging piece on January 1, but just wasn't up to it this year.  This was a Mill Hill kit from many, many years ago.  Antique Amethyst Angel.

I stitched a couple of these a long time ago and am going to try to get the same frame.

Winter weather advisory here until tomorrow morning.  Good to stay home and stitch!

Ornaments

Before my world turned upside down, I finished these ornaments, except for any trims.

They are kind of hard to see.  I hope to do some trims this coming weekend.

Received some gorgeous flowers for my mom, this one from a cousin.

I hope 2021 is better for all of us!
