More of what I've been up to

Hello again!  I couldn't find where I shared this, so forgive me if you've already seen it.  I ordered the DMC box and it was filled with DMC floss.

October House - The Itch to Stitch and Pumpkin Row, above.   Also, Happy B Day and Bee Your Best Self
A few quick finishes.  top is Love by Lizzie Kate.  Second is Love - 2014 Valentine freebie from The StitcherHood.  The Lizzie Kate piece is stitched on an unknown taupe colored evenweave with DMC floss.  The Love freebie is stitched on an unknown pink evenweave with DMC floss #99.

Valentine Mini Bouquet by Jeannette Douglas Designs.  Stitched on 40 ct Pearled Barley New Castle linen with DMC floss.
Stargazer earrings, a freebie by Deb Roberti.  Top is turquoise picasso superduos and gold seedbeads and earring findings.  The bottom left is red wine superduos, gold and redwood seed beads, and gold findings.  The bottom right are violet rainbow superduos with gold seedbeads and findings.  Very fun design to stitch!
Another from Needlework Galleria.  Jingle all the Way by Praiseworthy Stitches
Silent Night by Mill Hill.  These look like so much fun to stitch!

I thought I took a picture of the messy table in my craft room before I cleaned it up, but I didn't.  That table gets messy so quickly when I just want to put stuff in there instead of putting it up,

See you soon!~~

First finish

I usually start a bigger, challenging piece on January 1, but just wasn't up to it this year.  This was a Mill Hill kit from many, many years ago.  Antique Amethyst Angel.

I stitched a couple of these a long time ago and am going to try to get the same frame.

Winter weather advisory here until tomorrow morning.  Good to stay home and stitch!

Summer, don't go!

I am so sad to see summer at an end.  It is my favorite season.

Here are a couple ornaments I finished in July.  I have since lost my mojo.  Hope it comes back soon!
These were Mill Hill kits.

Saw my mom a couple weeks ago and she looks so good!  She got her hair cut into a pixie cut and it really suits her!  Here is a pic.
Like everyone else,  I don't like the new blogger format.

See you soon!

First post 2016

I have a little bit to share.

New start - I always start a new project on New Year's Day and here it is.  Ester's Waves by Northern Expressions Needlework using Dinky Dye silks on Weeks Dye Works linen.
A couple finishes.

I have another, but forgot to take a picture.  I will share that later.

And, finally, some thrift store finds.

I will be back soon, I hope, with some more.

See ya!
