Look what I got!

I entered a drawing at Serendipitous stitching and won! The package arrived today all the way from England!

I got a beautiful stitched ornament, a postcard of the area where Jo lives, and a magnet of the town sign. It was all wrapped neatly in this tissue with a pretty gray ribbon, but I was too anxious to open it to get a picture before hand.
Here's a close up of the front.....

and the back - love the fabric!

And the stitching and finishing is amazing! I love it!!!!!!!!! Thank you Jo!!!!

I made a couple more tennis bracelets last weekend while watching a movie and the Academy Awards.

The top one is 11/0 silver lined silver seeds with 4 mm crystals in sapphire, peridot, topaz, amethyst, and ruby colors and the bottom is the same seed beads with 4 mm pearls. The clasps are silver toggle. Sorry it's not the best picture. but they both turned out very pretty! Maybe by clicking on the pictures you can see them better!

We re-arranged some furniture today and I changed up my stitching area. I did have a small couch in here and changed it out for this.

I wanted a little bit more room to move in my den area and this works nicely and is very cozy. The table corner you can see in the bottom right is an old sewing table that was my grandmother's. It's portable and has a ruler "built in" to it. I love this table! That's what I took the above pictures on, too. Sorry, I should have moved the cleaning supplies and humidifier out of the way before I took the pic.

Take care all!
